One of the most common questions from first-time customers: "can you engrave this?" Most of the time, the answer is yes, but a few things speed up the process on your end.
Know your material if you can (metal, glass, wood, and most leathers are all workable; we can't do iron, marble, quartz, porcelain, PVC, or carbon fiber). Bring the item clean and, if it's fragile or an heirloom, let us know up front so we can handle it with extra care during measuring and testing. We'll always evaluate and quote before doing any work, so there's no commitment until you've seen the plan.
